I taught Activity Girls tonight. We were doing manners, and I decided that hot chocolate served in china and petite fours (sp?) might persuade the girls to behave a little more mannerly. It worked!

The cake was just a box of Betty Crocker chocolate fudge cut into diamonds. The glaze was easy too.
1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c butter
1 Tbsp corn syrup
Melt ingredients together and pour over cake. You can scoop drippings up, reheat and reuse!
